Specify an event condition…
Enter the respective formula for the alert you are creating. You can find the fields under UltiPro Performance Management > Employee Reviews
Manager is Past Due on Review:
[Review Sub-Status] contains 'Manager' and [Manager Due Date] < current_date
Employee is Past Due on Review:
[Review Sub-Status] contains 'Employee' and [Employee Due Date] < current_date
Add a Task > Send an email…
Add the Employee Email field or the Supervisor Email field into the “To” section
Title the subject of your email
Add email verbiage, for example:
Manage the task execution rules…
Select ongoing events only, ensure everything else remains unchecked
Select OK
Schedule the agent…
Select the frequency you would like the email to go out to anyone who has a past due review.
Save the alert
Select the save icon in the top left corner
Enter a name for the alert
Select the appropriate folder, recommended to add in the zzzCompany Folders of the Team Content.
