Tara brings a wealth of experience in progressive HR roles, with a proven track record of successfully implementing various HRIS platforms throughout her career. Her passion for data and analytics is rooted in her background, holding a degree in mathematics. Known for building high-performing teams, driving successful projects, and optimizing processes, Tara has also played a key role in numerous mergers and acquisitions, managing both the data aspects of sales and the seamless integration of teams and technologies.

At InteGreat Solutions, Tara oversees all projects, leading both the team and clients through seamless implementation, reporting, and optimization processes.
