Basic Excel Spreadsheet with Formulas for HR Metrics Dashboard on Turnover, Headcount, and Demographics

Instructions on how to use the file:

Open the file
Fill in all data with the blue tabs (all but Dashboard tab)
The Dashboard tab will calculate automatically based on the information you put in on the other tabs
If you see #SPILL as an error anywhere on the dashboard, select that row and insert rows below it until there is enough room for the spill over of data.
