Instructions on how to use the file:

• On the Comparison tab, enter the name of the different systems you are going to demo on row 1 starting at cell B1

• Add different aspects you would like to see in column A under the appropriate section.

• On the rating tab, enter the weight you want to provide each aspect of an HCM system in column B

• After each demo, rate each of the modules you were able to see on a scale of 1 to 5. Feel free to add different aspects you want to review in column A.
