Directions to incorporate this template are below after visiting UKG > Administration > Talent Management > Performance Management > Reviews Templates

1. "+" Add

1. Under "Additional Contributor Feedback" on the "Template Details" tab, check the box for Allow Manager to Add additional contributors

2. Check the box Enable the ability to import additional contributors

3. If you want managers to be able to edit the list, check the box Allow Managers to Edit or Delete contributors from an imported list

4. If you want employees to read the feedback, check the box Allow employees to see additional contributor feedback

5. To make it anonymous, check the box Hide name(s) and role(s) on additional contributor feedback

6. Finish setting up the template, "Save"

7. Find the review under Review Templates, select "Distribute"

8. Fill in all the fields on the "Distribute Reviews" tab

9. Select the employees you want the reviews to be about on the "Select Employees" tab

10. You'll see a tab called "Import Additional Contributors" pop up.

11. Select your file that you would like for all of the reviewers (the template is for a 360 for employee AAAA with B-G reviewing them and the different options under Relationship, Goals, Competencies, Questions). Delete out the columns F or G if you're not using Goals or Competencies.

12. You're ready to distribute the review!

13. It will go to managers first to kick off the review, but all they have to do is review the contributor list and send forward.
