Many organizations using UKG Performance Management want to gather feedback from multiple perspectives during employee performance reviews. While UKG supports additional contributors, configuring a structured 360-degree review process can require some customization.
This UKG Additional Contributor Template helps HR teams streamline the process of importing reviewers and organizing contributor feedback for performance reviews. By using this template, HR teams can quickly configure a 360 review process that allows managers, peers, and other stakeholders to provide meaningful input during employee evaluations.
This resource is designed to simplify contributor setup and reduce the administrative work required to manage performance reviews in UKG.
Within UKG Performance Management, an Additional Contributor is a user who can provide feedback during a performance review but is not the employee’s direct manager.
Organizations typically use additional contributors to support:
360-degree performance reviews
Peer feedback programs
Leadership feedback
Cross-functional collaboration reviews
Project-based performance input
Adding contributors allows HR teams to collect a broader range of insights and create more balanced performance evaluations.
This template helps HR teams import contributor lists into UKG performance reviews and organize the feedback structure.
The template includes fields for:
Employee being reviewed
Contributor names
Contributor relationship to the employee
Review sections such as goals, competencies, and questions
Organizations can customize the template depending on which review components they are using in UKG.

Finish configuring the template settings and click Save.
Your template will now be available within the Review Templates list.
Locate the review template and select Distribute.
Complete the required fields on the Distribute Reviews tab.
Next, move to the Select Employees tab and choose the employees who will be evaluated in the review cycle.
After selecting employees, a new tab labeled Import Additional Contributors will appear.
Upload your completed contributor template file.
The template typically includes:
Employee being reviewed
Contributors assigned to provide feedback
Relationship type (peer, manager, etc.)
Review categories such as Goals, Competencies, or Questions
If you are not using certain review sections, you can remove the relevant columns from the template before uploading.
For example:
Delete the Goals column if your review does not include goal evaluations.
Delete the Competencies column if competencies are not part of your review structure.
Once the contributors are imported, you are ready to distribute the review.
The review will first be sent to managers to initiate the process. Managers simply review the contributor list and then move the review forward to begin collecting feedback.
This workflow ensures the correct reviewers are included before the review process begins.
